Abstract
This article addresses the questions of "historical philosophy" surrounding the book "Philosophy of History" by Dr. Karim Mojtahedi. Studies of the philosophy of history , apart from their primary and thematic necessity, play a significant role in the issue of "the evolution of the human sciences".

In this study, after showing the "cultural approach" of Dr. Mojtahedi's book to the studies of the philosophy of history and that the author's concern was a kind of correlation of some of the broad issues of the studies of the philosophy of history with the issue of "culture", an attempt has been made to design important questions in the field of the philosophy of history based on the contents of the book and then to proceed towards providing a model for systematizing them. Naturally, the studies of the philosophy of history are a subset of philosophical studies and therefore, without providing specific characteristics of the approach and "philosophical method", one cannot claim to be doing philosophizing; just as, the lack of a systematic view or looking at issues in the field of the philosophy of history without comprehensiveness and in a scattered manner will not be considered an example of "philosophizing" in the field of the studies of the philosophy of history.
