The analysis of the relationship between "microphilosophy" and "philosophical system" is one of the most important topics in contemporary philosophy that is linked to the possibility of philosophizing and producing philosophical thought in today's world.
The research findings show that the main problem of philosophy in Iran is not the lack of educational and research activities, but the dominance of the model of producing individual knowledge over social knowledge, the dominance of specialized research within the scope of microphilosophies over philosophical systematization, the weakness of the tradition of scientific-philosophical criticism, and structural shortcomings in the teaching and research of philosophy. The article argues that the decline in the capacity for philosophical systematization is not a purely local phenomenon, but is also related to the transformation of the pattern of knowledge production in the contemporary world, and therefore, the analysis of the state of philosophy in Iran must also be carried out in the light of global transformation.
Accordingly, the way out of the current situation lies not in returning to classical philosophical systems nor in accepting the complete dispersion of sub-philosophies, but in redefining the concept of a philosophical system, strengthening critical philosophizing, institutionalizing scientific criticism, expanding philosophical dialogue, and reforming the structure of philosophy education and research.
