چکیده

تفسیر فلسفۀ سیاسی هگل همواره مسئله‌ساز بوده است. در این میان تفسیری را می‌توان بهتر دانست که این مسئله‌سازی را بر اساس محور اصلی‌ آن آشکار کند. به نظر می‌رسد یکی از اساسی‌ترین تمایزها میان سنت قدمایی قانون طبیعی و سنت مدرن حقوق طبیعی، از نوع انسان‌شناسی فلسفی آن‌ها ناشئ می‌شود. در مورد فلسفه سیاسی هگل نیز می‌توان این پرسش را تجدید کرد؛ اینکه «آیا فلسفۀ حق مستلزم نوعی انسان‌شناسی فلسفی است یا خیر؟». آشکار است که این پرسشئ بنیادی و فراگیر است؛ اما یکی از مقدمات طرح این پرسش، بررسی نسبت فلسفه سیاسی هگل با دو سنت کلی پیش از آن است. این نوشته به تحلیل این نسبت از منظر نظام‌مندی فلسفۀ حقمی‌پردازد؛ و به دلایلی که خواهد آمد این نظام‌مندی را از نظر روش‌مندی مد نظر قرار می‌دهد. نتیجۀ این تحلیل صرفاَ صورت‌بندی دقیق‌تر همان پرسش خواهد بود: آیا خودِ نظام‌مندی – یا روش‌مندی – فلسفۀ سیاسی هگل مستلزم نوعی انسان‌شناسی فلسفی است؟

چکیده English

Hegel’s philosophy often gives way to handful of ambiguities. And particularly interpretation of Hegel’s political philosophy always is a problematic one. Assuming one of the fundamental differences between ancient tradition of natural law and modern tradition of natural rights is due to their philosophical anthropology, it is possible to ask this question again as regards Hegel’s political philosophy: “Does Philosophy of Right entails some kind of philosophical anthropology?” Although it is a general question, but examining the relation of Hegel’s political philosophy to two considerable earlier traditions is a necessary step. This paper deals with the analysis of this relationship from the point of view of systematicity of philosophy of rights; and as we will see this systematic aspect is seen from its methodical perspective. The result of this analysis is an exact formulation of the foregoing question: Does the systematic – or methodical – aspect of Hegel’s political philosophy entail some kind of philosophical anthropology?
